"Gold Earrings, Circa 1880, "
This charming pair of earrings is made of gold, the swan neck attachment system is set with a pearl, underneath is a small Louis XVI style knot which holds two elliptical elements decorated with a small square motif enclosing small pearls. They are hallmarked with an eagle's head, gold control in force since 1838. Period late 19th century. Height with the swan neck 45 mm. Gross weight 4.15 grams.
