Frame dimensions 53 x 45 cm, panel dimensions 40.5 x 33 cm Born in Switzerland in Winterthur-See, Emil Weber (1867-1933) attended the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Paris and took classes with Gérôme. He set up his studio first in Gray in Haute-Saone then in Mulhouse. He exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français in 1926 -1927 - 1928.
