In a Montparnasse frame. Mathilde Marguerite Hautrive (Lille 1881-Paris 1963) Painter of landscapes, flowers, watercolourist and gouache painter. Student of Fernand Humbert (1842-1934). She exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français in particular in 1914, 1931, 1935. In the 1920s, Marguerite Hautrive was awarded the 1st prize and the 2nd prize of the Union of Women Painters and Sculptors.
