Signed bronze - brown patina - no scratches or shocks. Mitsutsune Miyamoto born in 1913 Tokushima prefecture (Island near Kobe). Died 2001. Graduated from the Imperial Art School. student under Takashi Shimizu. From 1936, selected for the Bunten (Salon des Beaux Arts), to which he will exhibit throughout his career. His training is characteristic of the pre-war period: a strong influence of European and Greco-Roman sculpture. He had Takashi Shimizu as a master (figure of the Montparnasse School). He published many nudes and subjects always in a very peaceful and sensual register. He will have his own sculpture school from the 60s. Many of his sculptures are exhibited in the sculpture park of Mount Myoken in Naruto City. A certificate; a detailed and illustrated notice on the artist; will be given to the buyer.
