"Napoleon III Piano In Boulle"
Beautiful piano in blackened wood and Boulle marquetry , tortoiseshell and brass.Very nice gilded bronze ornamentation.
Signed "Van Overbergh Paris", France circa 1860 - 1870.
Pierre-Jean Van Overbergh; piano manufacturer in Paris , active since 1846.
He participated in the Universal Exhibition in Paris in 1849 and in London in 1851.
This piano is in good condition (unrestored).
