"Oak Marine Chest, Late 17th Century"
Navy chest called "Cassette" in oak, assembly of pigeon boards (turnbuckles), beautiful wrought ironwork, original lock with its key (in working order). Norman work from the end of the 17th early 18th century. No restoration, natural, beautiful patina.
