Brass mounting.
Melon-ribbed cap topped with a short-tailed rivure stopper.
Joining arch decorated with rings and an elongated pearl in the middle of the straight part which joins the cruise at right angles.
Curved mitre.
Squared wooden handle.
Flat-backed curved blade, gilt cartouche on the heel signed ‘P. Knecht’ and ‘Solingen’, engraved on the third side with floral motifs and bundles of arms.
Brass scabbard with two rings.
