Her style is characterized by a very personal sensibility, mixing influences from post-impressionism, fauvism and cubism, while remaining deeply rooted in the figurative tradition. She is known for her portraits and scenes of daily life, often imbued with great intimacy. Her work explores the human figure and the landscape with particular attention to colors and light. During her career, Andrée Séailles was very active in the Parisian artistic community and participated in several exhibitions in France and abroad.
