Chalice entirely in gilded silver, resting on a circular base with a slight ogee, gilded in two tones: matte and shiny, echoing the knot and the cup. The terrace is decorated with three cross-shaped applique medallions, screwed onto the terrace, depicting busts of apostles in silver, executed in high relief and encircled with pearls. A cross is chiseled under the bust of Christ. The shaft is tubular, decorated with three rings, and topped with a flattened toric knot, next to it, in white silver decorated with a scroll of flowers. It holds a flared cup with a straight edge, engraved with a large frieze and an inscription in Latin, in white silver: "For this is the cup of my blood". The foot is weighted.
