Mennecy circa 1760 - 1770
Dinner plate with scalloped edges, the raised border imitating wickerwork, alternating with bunches of carnations. The basin is painted with a pastoral scene.
Plates produced by Mennecy are exceedingly rare, with barely half a dozen pieces recorded.
