Dresse 2 doors in travertine marquetry and brass thread inlay, designed by Jean-Claude Mahey in the 1960s (probably an edition of Maison Bagues in Paris). 4-sided furniture with perfect finish, can (should) therefore be placed in the middle of a room. Hollywood Regency style, the design is geometric "Building Skyscraper" type. Original "ball" handles, original wooden interior as well. High quality furniture, in perfect condition. Biography: Jean-Claude Mahey comes from a family of decorative painters. JCM graduated from the École supérieure des arts appliqués in Paris in 1966. Ten years later, he founded his contemporary furniture design company. In close collaboration with his wife, Betty Mahey, they presented many models that were distributed in France and around the world. Using elegant materials such as lacquer, precious metals, rich woods and marble, Mahey's creations are made in their own workshop.
