The set consists of a tray and five liqueur glasses.
The tray is very elongated. Each end in the shape of a fleuron is openworked with trefoils. The handles are formed by an interlacing of organic whiplash lines, characteristic of Art Nouveau.
The small glasses are decorated with applique trefoils and undulating chiseled lines.
The set is hallmarked:
. Minerva 1st title for 950/°° silver from before 1973
. Goldsmith's mark AD with a woodcock for Alphonse Debain. I did not find a goldsmith's mark on two glasses and the tray.
Magnificent liqueur tray typical of the Art Nouveau period, by one of the great goldsmiths of this period, whose works are in many museums.
30.5 cm long
4 cm high for the cups
274.6 grams for the set.
Good condition. Small scratches and dents, especially at the base of the glasses.
