Sublime Louis XV period Liège floor clock, finely molded and carved in oak.

A work from Liège (Belgium) around 1770, the dial in pewter and brass signed Jacques Wampé in Liège.
Liège furniture is well known and sought after for its high quality and finesse !

This floor clock is in its original condition, to be restored (mainly the mechanism which needs to be revised by a watchmaker).
The floor clock has a very beautiful mechanism, typically from Liège.
