"Large Brass Reliquary Monstrance – 19th Century "

Our reliquary in embossed, engraved and gilded brass rests on a circular base with engraved decoration of fine foliage. The shaft with a central knot supports a large cylindrical glass bulb. It is topped with a ciborium.
The interior of the base is decorated with a coat of arms and Latin calligraphic inscriptions indicating that this reliquary was offered by a certain Godin. Old restoration and some losses.
Dimensions of 54 cm high by 22 wide. Base 14 cm in diameter.
