Adme Anthony Paul Noel, known as Tony Noel, is a French sculptor (1845-1909) A student at the Ecole des Beaux Arts, he received the Prix de Rome in 1868 for Theseus, winner of the Minotaur. He regularly exhibited his works at the Société nationale des Beaux Arts from 1891, and received several medals at the Universal Exhibition of 1878 and 1889.
He ended his career as a professor at the École des Beaux Arts.
Many of Tony Noel's works are now in museum collections in France, or in cities for his monumental sculptures.
