Superb Writing Set, Inkwell, Wax Seal, Bronze Nest Egg Character, 19th Century

Very curious writing set, in bronze. It represents a carefully dressed lady, a tea tray in one hand, the other removable serving as a wax seal. The head tilts and makes room for the inkwell, beautiful finesse of details for this curious item. All the small parts are removable, two are perhaps missing, without certainty, shown by blue arrows..
Very good general condition, no break or flaw. The item will need to be clean.
European working, probably French, dating from the second half of the 19th century.
