Chest of drawers with small cut sides in Cuban mahogany and thuya burl veneer with four legs, two doors and three central drawers. Triangular ornaments in gilded bronze with stylized floral decoration. Three original keys Stamped on the back with two stamps "de Coene Frs" and "Modèle Déposé". Mr. Bill Descheemaeker, grandson of Josef de Coene, had inherited this chest of drawers from his parents in Deerlijk. The master villa built in 1927 by Gentil Descheemaeker-Lucienne de Coene was fully furnished by the de Coene firm. This chest of drawers stood in the entrance hall of the villa.
