"19th Century Lovers Diorama"
Amusing animated diorama, featuring a "modest" young girl and a young man. The latter seems to be waiting for the oracle to be realized. Simply slide the button at the back of the painting to make one of the two characters appear or disappear. 19th century work. Note that the representation of the young man has a fold on the right side, visible in the photo. Some losses around the frame. The portrait that appears in the center is framed by relief cups, decorated with flowers, on a background of ice. Dimensions 22 cms x 16 cms.
