Round dish with molded edge in pewter engraved with stylized floral motifs and a central star. It is dated 1865 and bears a MEW property mark and the words: IN LIEBE U FREUDE LEBT STETS LEIDE.
Hallmark of Philipp STRAUSS active from 1860 to 1899.
Diameter: 34 cm.
MAINZ, Second half of the 19th century

Very good condition, a suspension ring has been brazed on the back
