Secretary in burled fruitwood veneer with marquetry decoration on the front with acanthus scrolls, a flower vase, lyres and cornucopias. It opens with a drawer with an ogee in the upper belt, a flap in the center revealing five drawers including a central spring-loaded one topped with a cut-out niche decorated with palmettes and flowering branches as well as two vertical side drawers with secret release. The lower part has three drawers. Top in blue Turquin marble. Charles X period. H: 150 - W: 98 - D: 47 cm. Two horizontal cracks on the flap and some natural cracks in the grain of the wood
