The center of the reliquary is decorated with an engraving representing the infant Jesus and a lamb.
The engraving is framed with golden parerolles, setting 8 colored glass cabochons in the manner of precious stones, ruby, emerald, topaz color. Ears of wheat in golden paperolles soar on each side of the engraving.
The whole is framed by a frieze in gilded stamped metal or cardboard with a vine leaf motif.
The 22 relics, some of which are rare, are arranged on either side, all captioned on paperolles in golden ink:
