Staffordshire Pottery Figurine of General Napier, c. 1860A finely modelled Staffordshire pottery figurine, likely from the factory of Thomas Parr, dating to circa 1860. The figure depicts General Napier standing before his horse, sword in hand, on a grass mound base. The inscription on the base reads "NAPIER," identifying the subject as the distinguished British military leader.DimensionsHeight: 22.8 cm
