Moud carpet, originally from the region of the city of the same name.
This city is located about 300 km from Macchad in Iran, also known for its wonderful carpets.
Our model is an Indo-Persian Moud Mahi measuring 250 cm x 300 cm in very good condition.
Moud are high quality carpets, we recognize two types:
## the "Moud Mahi", with herati patterns and having a star-shaped medallion in beige, or in shades of light red, (our model) of light blue, orange or gray, blue and beige.
## and the "Moud Garden" only with herati pattern decoration without medallion.
Our model is made of the best quality wool, all on cotton weft for a density of approximately 450,000 knots per M2. Soft shades of pale blue, very light pink, mouse gray bring a beautiful expression to this carpet.
The use of silk enhances the shine of the velvet and these rugs always have silk in the manufacturing mix.
This rug is in superb condition while having a magnificent and typical decor of these pieces.
The fringes are clean and in very good condition.
This rug has been professionally and ecologically cleaned.
