HMS Barham (Pennant number 04) was a Queen Elizabeth-class battleship of the Royal Navy, named after Admiral Charles Middleton, 1st Baron Barham, built at the John Brown & Company shipyard in Clydebank, Scotland. She was launched in 1914 and saw action in both World Wars. She exploded and sank in the Mediterranean in November 1941 after being torpedoed by the German U-331, the only ship of her class to be sunk.
