"Pair Of Putti In Gilt Bronze"
Pair of gilded bronze Putti from the 18th century (perhaps they are elements of andirons?), dressed in a drape, seated on a wooden base. One holds a torch in his left hand, the other an object that appears to be a kite in his right hand.
Wear to the gilding, slight traces of oxidation, wooden and steel bases made to measure by a professional.
Height of the putti without base, 22cm and 19cm.
