Sumptuous Louis XV chandelier in gilded bronze with fifteen light arms. Cage-shaped with its openwork central shaft divided into three leafy scrolls with a spray of flowers in their center. The light arms are arranged on two levels: the lower part in a basket is composed of 12 lights, 3 triple-branched arms and 3 long simple arms. The upper level has 3 short simple arms. The entire decoration in leafy scrolls is very finely chiseled and enhanced with mercury gilding. This chandelier from a private mansion in Dijon is in perfect condition! It has no restoration, all the elements are present and identical. Its manufacture dates from the beginning of the 19th century
