Cloisonné enamel planter with delicate decoration of birds in flowering branches on a turquoise background, 19th century. It receives a high quality gilded bronze mount with dragon decoration for the handles, flowers and branches for the feet in the Japanese style of the second half of the 19th century. The quality of the mount is comparable to the work of the great founders of the 19th century such as Barbedienne or Susse brothers.
