Ernest-Joseph Angelon Girard painter, watercolourist and miniaturist, born in Paris, in 1813, died in 1897. Pupil of Isabey, Hollier and Ingres, he exhibited at the Salons between 1835 and 1880. His works are kept in the Wallace Collection in London , Brooklyn Museum in New York etc.
