Raymond Louis Allègre, born August 26, 1857 in Marseille (Bouches-du-Rhône) and died in the same city on January 6, 19332, is a French painter. Student of L. Bonnat and A. Vollon, friend of J.P.Laurens, J.B. Olive, and J. Garibaldi. He participated in the decoration of the Blue Train at the Gare de Lyon. Numerous prizes and awards at the Paris Salon and the Universal Exhibition.
