"19th C. Relic Ex Stola St. Hubertus + Wax Seal & Coa Certificate Document"
This is a rare 19th-century reliquary containing a Second-Class Holy Relic Ex Stola (from the holy garment) of Saint Hubertus, a revered Catholic saint. Known as the patron saint of hunters, archers, and dogs, Saint Hubertus (656–727) is celebrated for his piety and conversion after a divine vision. This relic represents his sanctity and connection to the faithful.
The reliquary is accompanied by its original Certificate of Authenticity (COA), issued and signed by Victor-Joseph Doutreloux, the Bishop of Liège (Leodiensis) in 1880. This certification validates the authenticity of the relic and attests to its ecclesiastical approval.
