Smoking Kit, Cigars, Personified Terracotta, Patinated, Bernard Bloch, Austria 19th Century

Very pretty terracotta, painted and patinated, representing a popular young man, sheltering himself with his collar to relight his cigarette butt. Standing, his leg resting on a barrel serving as a cigar holder, a bucket to hold the matches, and on the edge of the base, the scraper. Well signed below BB for Bernard Bloch (1836-1909), marked and numbered.
Good general condition, I noted some micro chips, visible in my photos, perhaps some touch-ups of paint, but not sure.
Austrian working, dating from the second half of the 19th century.
Dimensions: H 23cm, base approximately 14cm diameter.
