! Persian Meina rug from the Heriz family, Iran around 1930 measuring 242 cm x 343 cm in length.
In hand-knotted highland wool, natural coloring, for around 250,000 knots per m².
This rug has incredible nuances, developed over time.
These very warm nuances, red, orange, beige and pinkish beige in contrast with cold colors, blues, dark grays and black, which make it very bright. This mixture of well-arranged colors makes it an interesting decorative rug.
A magnificent patina, and what is called Abrash, the changes, the variations of tone in the same shade of color on the pile of the carpets, more specifically on nomadic and semi-nomadic carpets.
The light on the plant-based dyes and the effect of time, makes it possible to obtain a timeless carpet that does not always fit the criteria of collectors, amateurs.

The designs are completely angular, the closest features to the Caucasus are not far to the north.
