This object in two parts is made of majolica, fine earthenware covered with glazes colored by metallic oxides.
This tobacco pot, more than a century old, shows some marks of time on its lid, the glued head and two chips, one of which has been clumsily restored. Note a slight original firing crack in the donkey's tail.
