"Directoire Period Clock"
Beautiful portico clock from the end of the 18th or the very beginning of the 19th century in white marble and gilded bronze. On a rectangular base with rounded corners at the front, decorated with warrior attributes, two columns and two pilasters carry the movement decorated with a pretty openwork apron. At the damping, a covered vase and two bouquets of flowers. Original pendulum gilded with mercury like all the gilded decorative elements, the movement has been revised and works perfectly, an accident visible on the enamel of the dial, signed by Reynaud in AIX ... The gilding has been cleaned!
