"At The Agile Rabbit..."
An emblematic place of French song, a Montmartre cabaret open for over one hundred and fifty years, which has seen all the greatest Parisian and foreign artists pass through and which is still open today. See the website about it... Our little painting is located at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. It illustrates this vestige of the small houses of Montmartre which resisted the real estate pressure by becoming a real cultural place. Signed bottom left Lucien Barné
