Precious and noble presence, that this oval mirror from the Louis XIV period, of provincial manufacture, in sculpted oak, 8.5 cm wide projection molding, double bottom assembly, assembly of all the pieces made by pegged tenons and mortises. Its patina of time where the gilding subtly coexists with its brownish plate (typical color of this period) gives it charm and unfalsifiable authenticity.
