The majority of our stock will be shipped from here. For smaller items weighing less than 20kg and measuring 180cm (W+H x 2) this is a box of approximately 50 x 30 x 40cm. Delivery 7-14 days depending on your location. You may be subject to customs charges for your parcel which will be payable on delivery of your item. Bulky items to the UK and EU These items will be shipped with our own freight partners who operate between the UK, France and Spain. We aim to dispatch these items within 2-4 weeks. We can ship to other EU countries, but delivery times may vary. Please contact us for a shipping quote Bulky items - Shipping overseas We will need your full address to obtain a true shipping cost from our freight partners. Once all costs are agreed, we will arrange packing and crating if necessary. The shipment will then be delivered to our freight partners in the UK and booked for the next sailing. Sailings can take between 2-4 weeks depending on your destination. If you do not have a customs broker to arrange customs taxes (you may be liable for taxes on your purchase) and paperwork, our shipping partners can assist you. These overseas deliveries can take between 4-8 weeks. Insurance For any shipments that you have paid additional insurance for, in the unfortunate event of damage in transit. All damages must be reported to the final destination carrier and to us immediately so that we can initiate the claims process. Returns In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase to arrange a return and refund. Returns must be in the original packaging as received Items must be returned in their "as sold" condition.
