Large 17th century chest with raised panels. Originally from Spain, it comes to us in its natural state with its very wide uprights and crosspieces in walnut, its top and all its front panels, its floor, its compartment and its sides in chestnut. Beautiful original fittings, panels decorated with diamonds... lots of character as is often the case with our Iberian neighbors. A truly beautiful piece of furniture.
