Pair of mirrors with gilded wooden frames from the 18th and early 19th centuries in Baroque and Louis XV style. Very beautiful pair in carved wood decorated in their upper part with birds and for the bases with animals such as dogs or dragons. Excellent condition of sculptures and patina for the gilded wooden parts. Note the marvelous work of the gilder who was able to render very beautiful effects and reflections. Exceptional decorative effect for this magnificent pair having remained together for more than 200 years which finds its origin in the south of France or in Italy.
