Buffet – Louis XVI style sideboard – 20th century, in solid mahogany, mahogany veneer and oak structure, Offering a rich decoration of finely chiseled and gilded bronzes, forming garlands of flowers, Louis XVI knots, molded friezes on the facade as well as friezes on each side, Straight facade opening with three leaves Resting on spinning top feet with bronze sabots and rings, each supporting a fluted column upright. All topped with a thick Benou breccia marble embedded in a gilded bronze frieze surround. Beautiful French work, in the taste of cabinetmaker Adam WEISWEILER
