"Louis XV Boulle Marquetry Desk "
Elegant and rare ladies' desk in marquetry called "Boulle" and gilded copper. It opens with a drawer with a belt system and in its center a cartouche with blue tortoiseshell. Very beautiful gilded bronze trim with old man's heads, the original blue leather top and gilded with small iron, pretty ingot mold and spandrels, feet ending in the shape of lion's paws, 19th century period. Restorations expected, some missing tortoiseshell and brass.
