"A Cancale Vase By R.lalique In White Glass."
The Cancale vase was created in white glass in 1942 by R. Lalique.It is probably a design by Marc Lalique who a few years later became the general manager of the Lalique company.
The revival of the Lalique company can be seen in the Cancale vase.From now on, it moved away from the art deco style and expressed itself in a neoclassical style that would be adopted by a group of renowned decorators and cabinetmakers.
The vase is 30 cm high and is in excellent condition.
It is signed Lalique France in sandblasted block letters.
