"Perfume Bottle In Painted Box Vernis Martin"
Perfume bottle in its pretty wooden box painted "Vernis Martin" with a couple of gallants, flowers, scrolls and landscape in the 18th century style. The interior of the box is covered in velvet. The frame is made of brass. It contains a pretty glass bottle decorated with gilding. The whole is in very good condition. The box measures 3,26 inches high, 2,28 inches deep and 1,97 inches wide. France, 19th century.
