Exceptional fan from the early 18th century. It is made of ivory (with CITES certificate), painted and varnished. The guard sticks are covered with a mother-of-pearl veneer, they are also painted and varnished. Beautiful original ribbon. Superb painting on the first side representing the judgment of Paris. It measures 8,66 inches long when closed and 14,88 inches in diameter. Circa 1720.
