Jules-marc Chamerlat born in 1828 in avesnes (North ), died on 30 April 1868 in Paris student of Cogniet. He began to show in 1869 with his painting "monks visiting the night office." Also "The Execution of Emperor Maximilian evening" and "The Holy Women". The Boulogne-sur-Mer museum concerve him "Little mender" in 1860.
