Two old restorations to the canvas and a tear at the top left, some small cracks. Modern frame in wood and gilded stucco. Charles Hallé, born in Paris, member of the Artistes Français from 1894, joined the Creuse, met Armand Guillaumin and Eugène Alluaud, moved towards impressionism and joined the Crozant school.
