"Neoclassical Styles Neoclassical"
Exceptional!: Pair of Neoclassical Chandeliers in Crystal and Mercury Gilt Bronze. We are pleased to present a sumptuous pair of neoclassical chandeliers in the style of the early 19th century Swedish, made of cut and colored crystal, and finely chiseled gilt bronze. These exceptional pieces, of very rare elegance, embody the balance and refinement characteristic of the 18th century. Origin and History: • These chandeliers were made at the end of the 19th century and come from a prestigious neoclassical style residence located in Florence, Italy. • Although we initially believed that they date from the early 19th century, a recent restoration has modernized their internal structure: all the vices and rods have been replaced by modern materials to guarantee their durability. Description of the chandeliers: • Number of lights: 8 lights per chandelier, perfectly distributed for a harmonious diffusion. • Materials: • Finely chiseled mercury-gilded bronze, showcasing floral motifs and details of rare precision. • Elaborately suspended cut and colored crystal pendants that capture and diffuse the light in a dazzling manner. • Carefully crafted crystal flowers, adding an elegant floral touch. • Openwork crown beautifully decorated with five cut crystal vases in different colors: yellow, green, blue, red and pink. These deliciously colored vases, as they say in Italy, are simply “deliziosi” and bring a vibrant and unique touch to the ensemble. • Dimensions: • Height: 85 cm. • Diameter: 58 cm. • Condition: Recently restored and in excellent working condition. However, we would like to point out a slightly cracked crystal at the level of a rose (see photo), a detail invisible once the chandeliers are hung. An appeal to art lovers and design professionals: These chandeliers are perfect for enhancing: • A prestigious home, an elegant apartment, or a boutique hotel. • Architects and decorators looking for rare pieces to enhance a large-scale development project. • Decorative arts enthusiasts or collectors looking for authentic and unique objects. Highlights: • The timeless elegance of these chandeliers, with their mercury-gilded bronze and cut crystal pendants, makes them collector's items of rare beauty. • Their openwork crown and colored crystal vases bring an artistic and playful touch, testifying to exceptional goldsmith work. • Their prestigious provenance and neoclassical style make these chandeliers a true artistic heritage. • Rarity and exclusivity: It is much easier to find a beautiful home than to unearth chandeliers as exceptional as those we offer you today. A light that transcends eras: These chandeliers will illuminate your space with a soft, orange warmth, perfect for creating an atmosphere that is both friendly and luxurious. Their Florentine history, their neoclassical refinement, and the delicacy of their colored crystal vases add a touch of majesty and originality to any interior.
