"Oval Mirror In Stuccoed And Gilded Wood From The Second Empire Period"
Important oval mirror in stuccoed and gilded wood from the Second Empire period. Richly decorated with volutes, acanthus leaves and vine branches in high relief. The openwork shell pediment is decorated with a deployed eagle. The mirror internally bordered by a row of pearls is beveled. Original mercury mirror in good condition. The parquetry on the back is also original. This mirror has been carefully restored and is presented for sale in excellent condition.
