Rare Taste Vin champenois in solid silver from the Louis XV period in the the rare model with "facing ducks"characterizing its handle. Body with ribs underlined with pearls, border engraved "PH D". Taste-Vin well hallmarked with the Hallmark of the Sous-fermier of CHATEAU-THIERRY (crowned sun), Countermark, the Hallmark of the Common House for CHATEAU-THIERRY 1759-60 (crowned letter date "H") and Hallmark of the Master Goldsmith François LE GOIX. Bureau unknown due to lack of publication on it, undoubtedly due to the very great rarity of the pieces of Château-Thierry. Extremely interesting office in particular in terms of wine tasters given the container it was used to taste the wines of Champagne and this famous grip characteristic of this Office.
