In The Hague at Isaac Beauregard. M.DCC. L. (1750). This serious and complete book by Simon Pelloutier, Protestant Pastor, Historian, born in Leipzig in 1694, died in Berlin in 1753. Appointed Tastor in 1714, served several churches then in 1725. The French Church of Berlin; advisor then assessor of the higher consistory (1738), was director of the French College. Elected to the Academy of Inscriptions and Belles Lettres in 1742 and to the Academy of Sciences of Berlin in 1745; well documented this serious historical subject is a reference, a rare and exciting book of our Ancient History and the foundations of our society.
